Episode 103: The Other Planet of the Symbiotes

Aliens.

Get it, like that guy from that meme?

This week we are celebrating Extraterrestrial Abduction Day by talking about our favourite alien abduction-related characters in the ol’ funnybooks. Characters who got their powers from aliens, weird aliens and where the heck they came from, the concept of an entire planet covered in black goo…y’know, that sort of thing!

Also: Because Merk demanded it, we take a few minutes to talk about Iron Fist (the fiiiiist!), and Bry sets a reminder for himself in the future in the Moment of Zero. This episode’s out of this woooooorld!

Episode 100: Yuck

One hundred episodes! No, for real, we’ve done one hundred episodes!

Time to rest on our laurels, right? Time to stay stagnant, and not change anything ever, right? Wrong, nerds! We’re talking about how that other long-running thing, comics, have tried to change things p with characters and stories over the years, in an effort to “stay fresh.” What’s worked, what failed miserably? And how much would you pay for a second ongoing Saga book?

Plus: we cast the, uh, cast of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia  as the Fantastic Four, and we celebrate Ash Wednesday! All of this, live, from our castle in the sky.
